As we embark on a new era for the Association with a new Chairman and board members, we look back on where we have come from and where next we can take the sport to develop further for the enjoyment for the next generation of players.
We have completed a lot of the last couple of years, bringing the game back from a Global Pandemic break to where we are increasing our players numbers year on year.
The association continues to grow the game and make the game more accessible to all.
Following a change of Leadership, we look forward to a new challenge to forge together a more developed version of the EIHA.
Following review / feedback from clubs in the junior section it is clear a new direction moving away from the JMC to a different structure was needed.
We have identified key areas of development.
• The need for clear transparency with Clubs – clear communication.
• Progression of the junior game – continue to increase player numbers.
• Clubs to have a voice with the EIHA.
We will work with clubs going forward to make the EIHA a more dynamic organization.
