The ENTP and SIH are delighted to have secured some additional ice on Friday 19th January, to create a “This Girl Can” event, which will work alongside the ENTP training camp at Ice Sheffield.

This will be open to girls that have not previously been part of our U13s or U15s national programme, and can include girls that were released from the process at trails this season.

Thank you to everyone who has applied to join our first “This Girls Can” event in conjunction with the ENTP. The demand for this has been really high, and with we could take everyone to the event, but space is limited.

We have worked with the coaches and attached is a list of everyone invited on this camp.

We hope to be able to do more camps/events, for those unsuccessful on this occasion.

Current ENTP girls team coaches will be leading this event, and putting the girls through their paces.

It’s a full on day, and will give the girls a valuable insight into what’s required to compete for a national team spot, in the future

Reg Wilcox, GB U16s Head Coach advised "The upcoming event will be a great opportunity for young female players to come and enjoy a day in a national team environment.

With our GB teams performing well on the international stage this is a good time to see our next generation of players learn to love our sport and prove “This Girl Can”!

All players must be EIH and SIH Registered players
Players will be participating in on ice, off-ice activities, so appropriate warm up gear/Trainers required (no Sliders)
Players will receive a healthy lunch, Snacks is optional for players to bring, snacks must be healthy options.

Mobile phones must not be present in the changing rooms. They must stay with parents, or with the team manager incase of emergencies.

Please note, All ENTP training sessions are behind closed doors, with the exception of the game at the end of the day. Parents will be welcomed to support/watch during the game.

Price for the event will be £100.

Medical needs , we will have our S&C and Medical personnel in attendance who will support if required.
