Update 17-6-22

Please find attached the updated teams, schedule and also a list of people who payments. There is still a number of players who has not paid, and will not be allowed to participate without payment being received. Please can you update payments today!

Claire Bennett will be controlling the event on the day. We look forward to hearing how the event goes.

we are going through the teamlists at present and will publicise these and a schedule asap.

I have attached the list of who is involved. There is 3 people who has paid for the event without booking onto the event.. also people who has booked onto the event and not paid. Please can these be updated today.

Update 12-6-22
Due to spaces being available and playing full ice in Leeds, we have decided to open up the event in Leeds on Saturday to now include players born 2006 & 2007.

Lines will be as follows:-
U16s / U14s Mix
U14s / U12s Mix
U12s/U10s Mix
Game will be jonkers rules.

On Saturday 18th June, we are holding A summer Jamboree Tournament at planet ice Leeds for U12s + U14s (2021-22 season) players who are currently registered with the EIHA and born in 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012 + 2013.

We have 4.0 hours of ice time available commencing 4.15pm on the ice, where we will be putting 5 teams together each consisting of 3 lines playing cross ice/half ice.. Each team will be drafted based upon experience, positions with an aim to ensure all teams are as competitive as each other.

There will be a minimum of 4 games per team, with a semi final & final game challenging for the EIHA Stanley Cup.JMC Event Details:

PARTICIPATION IS OPEN TO ALL WHO MEET THE ABOVE CRITERIA AND PLACES ARE OFFERED ON A FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVED BASIS AND STRICTLY WHEN PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE USING THE STORE….Please note that your payment needs to be made by 5pm TUESDAY 14th June.

Any payments outstanding by that time could result in your RSVP being cancelled.The format and timetable for the event will be confirmed once player’s numbers attending have been received
ATTENDANCE:
You can confirm your attendance using the RSVP option below BUT PLEASE NOTE:
a) Please answer the questions in the RSVP field.
b) Please DO NOT add any “ADDITIONAL PEOPLE”- we are monitoring player numbers so only Players need to respond on the APP and we do not need to know about spectator numbers.
c) Please do not use the “Maybe” button as this does not tell us if you are attending or not.
d) If you have two or more children then you need to join the APP with a 2nd and/or 3rd email address, one for each player. This is one of the constraints of the system which we are trying to work around but we need to gather the information so your co-operation is appreciated.
