Sorry for the delay in updating, Shirts has all been ordered now. The team lists has been update, and i hope the players are ready for the day.

We have had some requests to order an extra shirt with the number outside of our choices. I have created a store for people to order should they wish.

UPDATE 14-4-24***

Thank you for everyone who has applied to join the Mighty Mites 2024 showcase event on the 24th May. Players has been selected based upon experience Age and experince.

On the attached document is a list of all players who have been selected, and those on standby for the event. If any player is unable to attend, we will invite a standby to join.

We need to order shirts for this event by Friday 26th April, so kindly ask for all payments and shirt orders to be done via the following link by the 26th April.

The Draft Showcase 2024 are delighted to announce the return of the Mighty Mites.

The Mighty Mites has been a massive success in opening the conference/showcase weekends, with the thrills and spills of the under 8 year old players who are starting out on their quest to be the stars of the future.

The ENTP (England National Team Programme) would like to provide an experience of the “Draft Showcase Weekend” to players who are starting their career path as a hockey player. This means that this opportunity is aimed at players born 2016 and younger, and spaces are limited to 48 out-skaters and 8 goalies.

We are thrilled to be able to announce the support of the coaches from the England and Showcase programme who will be putting the stars of tomorrow through their paces in preparation for the big event in the evening before the England vs Scotland U18s game.

In addition there will also be an opportunity for the players to meet with the England U18’s and we are keen to see the Showcase players support and cheer on these young players just starting out in their hockey.

The U18s England v Scotland will be the curtain-raising game signalling the start of the EIH’s Draft Showcase Weekend event which is widely regarded as one of the EIH Pinnacle events of the season’s calendar.

MIGHTY MITES 2024 is specifically for players born in 2016 and later with a minimum of two years playing experience , the details of which are as follows. Please note, training sessions are CLOSED SESSIONS, and parents will be welcomed back for the games scheduled later in the day.

When – Friday 24th May 2024
Where – Ice Sheffield, S9 5DA
Who – EIHA registered players born in 2016, 2017 & beyond
What – Full day development and exhibition game
Time – Registration time to be confirmed

Cost – £115 per player will include a showcase designed Shirt, Showcase Tee-shirts, meal prior to game, and drinks and snacks

Capacity – 48 skaters + 8 N/M only

Payment to be made only when once confirmation of place is announced. Payment to be done by purchasing a ticket on this events page.. but must be made within 48 hours, or place can be removed.

Schedules to be confirmed, however expect a full day of activities from on ice training with ENTP and guest coaches, Off ice training, Class room session as well as being fuelled up with food prior to participating during the main event.

We will provide a letter for schools if required.

Also, for those who are participating, there will be a google form document to complete, which we will follow on to those selected

Places on this day are strictly limited and will be reviewed by our coaches, and selected based upon club feedback on experience and abilities.

Please note… this is NOT first come, first serve. players will be drafted.
